From the Main menu click on Tenants.

After the hit on the tenants, You will be landed on the tenant page.

Filter all the above details and hit on Apply to show the tenants detail below and search for a tenant whom you wish to Move out. And click on it. 

Hit on the tenant name it will navigate you to the centralized lease page, Hit on the move-out option for the Overdue, Poor standing tenants

At the bottom of the page, You will have the option to write-off, Check-in the box, and click on Move-Out and Pay later option.

Hit on pay later option & move out confirmation pop up will be displayed on the screen

Hit on Yes to do the pay later & move out and hit on No to cancel the process.

Once move out is done you can send the Moved out the receipt to the tenants and hit on back to lease will take you to the tenant page.
