From the Main menu click on Tenants.

After the hit on the tenants, You will be landed on the tenant page.

Filter all the above details and hit on Apply to show the tenants detail below and search for a tenant whom you wish to Move out. And click on it. 

Hit on the tenant name it will navigate you to the centralized lease page, Hit on the move-out option for the Overdue, Poor standing tenants

At the bottom of the page you will have the option to write-off, Check-in the box and click on Move-Out and Pay later option.

After the write off option is enabled hit on move out a confirmation pop up will appear

Hit Yes to proceed move out and No to cancel move out.
