Invoices can be automatically generated in your 6Storage account.

First, click on the Automation icon in the Main menu.

Then select the Invoice Creation tab

Click "Turn on Automatic Invoice" Button. 

Next, enter the number of days prior to the next billing date when invoices are to be created.

In the below example, the invoices are set to generate five days before each lease's next billing date. 

Click "Submit" to save the changes.

In the example below, the move-in date is 01/01/2021 and the next billing date is 02/01/2021. According to the above settings, the invoice will be created on 01/27/2021, five days before 02/01/2021.
