How to retrieve the Deleted Leads or Reservation?

To Retrieve the deleted Leads or the Reservation, please follow the below steps.

Click the Archived option to check all the Deleted Leads and Reservations. Based on the selection of archive types the deleted either leads/reservations will be displayed based on selection.

Filter all the Storage Types, Locations, buildings, Sizes, and Click Apply.

Select the Tenant Name with the toggle button which needs to be retrieved.

Click the Restore option green icon for multiple selections and restoration as per the below screenshot.

Or Use the Three dots option at the end of the Tenant info to restore only one information, Click Restore.

Enter the Comments and Click Restore.

A restoration message will be displayed.
