Dashboard

 

Once you sign-in to your 6Storage account the first page that appears on the screen is the Dashboard. This educates you with a quick overview of what's happening in the Storage to date in terms of Revenue, Occupancy, Payments, and Overdue Tenants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

RevenueRevenue shows income received for previous months and current months based on the selected payment type. The difference between the current month and the Previous month's revenue will give the actual revenue gained or decreased.

 

 

 

 

Future Revenue: Future Revenue shows the income received for the current month and the predicted revenue for the next month based on payment type. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Credit card transaction: The number of transactions that were successful for the previous month and the current month. The centralized transaction will give the count of cards that was successful for Today. Similarly, the declined filter is chosen using the gear icon. In that case, the transactions that were declined for the previous month, the current month so far, and Today's will be displayed.


 

Overdue: The Total overdue contains info on all your overdue tenants based on the Period of due. The Metric cards allow you to have a quick view of the number of Overdue tenants you may have and the table below displays any Tenant that is Due Today, Week, Last 30 days, and more than 30 days.

 

 

 

Occupancy: Units hold information regarding your current occupancy rate. The bar chart allows you to have a quick view of the number of occupied, vacant, repaired, maintenance, and facility use units.

 

 


The Table format of Occupancy will display the total number of units and the segregation of the number of units listed under-occupied, vacant, repaired maintenance, and facility use units.

 

 

 

 

Overdue: The overdue contains info on all your overdue tenant's due amount based on the Period of due. The Bar chart allows you to have a quick view of the number of Overdue balances yet to pay. 

 

 

 

 

The table below displays the amount that is Due Today, Yesterday, Week, Two weeks, 30 days, and more than 30 days. Along with the existing tenant and Moved out the tenant.


 


Late fee: Actual amount of late fees charged for an existing tenant or moved out a tenant.

 

 

 

 

The table below displays the amount that is Due Today, Yesterday, Week, Two weeks, 30 days, and more than 30 days.

 

 

Revenue-based on payment type:

The payment type holds all data about the payments made based on the mode of payment selected. The chart allows you to have a quick view of the number of payments you have received for " Month so far" and " Same day last month". 


 

Month so far: From the month start to today's date the revenue will be displayed. Example from 01/10/2020 to 13/10/2020.

 

Same day last month: Comparison for the previous month starts until the end date of that month. Example from 01/09/2020 to 13/09/2020.

 

                                                                                          


The table provides detailed information about the revenue.  The total summary of the difference between the Revenue and previous revenue is the gain in revenue.

 

Last Month: From the previous month's start to the month's last end date. Example from 01/09/2020 to 30/09/2020.

 

A month before last: One month before the Last month information of the start date and end date of the month. Example from 01/08/2020 to 31/08/2020.

 

 

 

 

 

Revenue: The revenue will display the total summary of the payment received through credit card, Online banking, check and Cash in a Pie chart that has a percentage.

 

The table will show the total revenue distribution in the software based on the payment type.

 

 

 

 

Revenue-based on Line Items:

The line item type holds all data about the payments made based on the types such as Rental, Merchandise, Service, and Deposit. The chart allows you to have a quick view of the amount of the Payments you have received for " Month so far" and " Same day last month".

 

 

 

Month so far: From the month start to today's date the revenue will be displayed. Example from 01/10/2020 to 13/10/2020.

 

Same day last month: Comparison for the previous month starts until the end date of that month. Example from 01/09/2020 to 13/09/2020.

 

Last Month: From the previous month's start to the month's last end date. Example from 01/09/2020 to 30/09/2020.

 

A month before last: One month before the Last month information of the start date and end date of the month. Example from 01/08/2020 to 31/08/2020.

 

 

The revenue will display the total summary of the payment received through rent, Service, and Merchandise.

The table will show the total revenue distribution in the software based on the payment type.
