You can require tenants who park a vehicle at your facility to provide details upon renting. Vehicle details are added on Step 3 of the Move-In process. The details can be included in the lease agreement by adding custom macros. 

Once you are finished adding Vehicle Details, then click the Next Step at the bottom of the page to proceed with the next tab of the move-in process.

Note: To Enable the Addon during the move-in process, Navigate to Setting>>Move-In>>Field Settings. Scroll to ADDON Move-IN.
