Have you already read the blog on Google Review? The following content is the continuation of Google Review blog.

First, click Mr. Delivery from Notifications tab on the left sidebar of 6Storage dashboard.

Select the tenant field as Moved-Out Leases, template field as Moved-Out and template as MoveOutSuccess as follows.

Below the move out list, you’ll find the preview of move out success email template. Click Design to edit the template.

Edit the template as follows:

Hi -firstname-

Thank you! You have been successfully moved out from unit -unitnumber-

We’ve really enjoyed working with you. And we’re glad to have supported you with your storage needs.

By the way, a quick question: what are the 2 things you liked about -facilityname-. Please share your thoughts here. [link to your Google Business Listing – Write Review Page]

Now the content should look like in the picture below. Make sure to update your Google business link and your name.

Click Preview to view the changes.

You'll get a preview of the template.

And Click Send to send the email notification.

How to Get Your Google Business Link? 

If you haven’t already signed up for a Google Business account, sign up here. Get your facility verified. Once done, type your facility name on Google search.

Then find your business listing and click Google review. A pop-up opens. Click Write a review.

Copy the URL in the address bar and paste it on the email template. To hyperlink the review link on email, use the Insert link option.
