Auto invoice is automatically triggered for every tenants. If you choose to control this setting, contact support team with the phrase “enable auto invoice scheduler”. Once enabled, you will find the control setting on tenants page.

Click Tenants icon on the left sidebar menu on the 6Storage dashboard.

On the tenants page, simply click on the first column checkbox to select multiple tenants. The tenant data list displays Auto Invoice Status respective of Tenant Name.

If needed, click on the required column header to filter the tenants data list. Once selected, click Turn Off Auto Invoice radio button at the top. Then click Change Auto Invoice Status.

A pop-up opens. Click OK to proceed.

This action changes the auto invoice status to “No” for the selected tenants.

Alternatively, you can disable auto invoice for a particular tenant from leases page.
