This option is only available when Auto Pay is disabled. To disable Auto Pay function, email us on support or chat with us.



To add a credit card to an existing tenant, click on Tenants page. Note: multiple credit cards cannot be added in Move-In process.





On the Tenants page, click on Manage Cards and then click on + Add Cards








Enter the card details on the Credit/Debit Card Information window and click on Submit. 



Similarly, you can add multiple cards for a tenant. The cards details you submit will be on a list as in the picture.






To select a card, click on the radio button and click on Make Default. To delete a card, select a card and click on Delete Card.



You can add new credit card or select saved credit cards On Invoices / Payments page as well. This option is available on credit card Payment Type.
