From the dashboard, Click on Tenants page.

On clicking tenants page, you will be redirected to the below page, If you could not have "change Auto Invoice Status" button then you are account was not configured with Auto-Invoice feature, To enable please reach support team. 

By default, auto-invoice will be enabled to all tenants, If you wish to turn off click on "Turn Off Auto Invoice" radio button and un-check the tenants that you wish to turn off auto-invoicing and hit on "Change Auto Invoice Status" button, Vice-versa to turn-on.

Now, you could see the auto-invoice is turned off for the chosen tenants.

Also, you can able to this in the centralized lease page under lease information table for specific tenants.
