Head on to the Lease tab and pick the desired Unit number/Tenant name that you would like to deny the electronic signature. You could also have the options view the  Approval status of the signature.

 Based on the approval status you can choose the tenant that you would like and hit on the deny e-sign button in the Approve e-sign tab.

Kindly provide the confirmation by hitting on Yes in the popup that is displayed to deny the signature.

 Finally,  verify the successful message that the signature status has been updated.

 Now finalize the approval status as Denied in the same Approve e-sign tab.
