From the main menu, Click on Reports.

Select Transfer history report from the reports page.

Set the search criteria you wish to have and click on Get Reports button to view the reports.

The report shows the complete tenant transfer details from one unit to other unit details will be displayed for the desired chosen date. It gives the basic tenant details, From and to unit of which they have transferred, Move In date, Transfer date, Balance, refund due and transferred by details.

And you can export the report by click on the Export icon.
