From the main menu click on Units and choose All Units.

By clicking on units menu, you will able to see all units 

Now click on new button, you will see a pop up and fill all the mandatory fields then click on save button and you will get a message if it is success

By hitting save, the created unit will automatically reflects in all the units list once.
