Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the dashboard. Click on Account Settings.
On the Account Settings page, there are several tabs which you can use to customize your account.
Under Business tab, you can update your business profile. All the primary details can be updated here.
Once updated, click on Save.
Under Documents tab, you can update your Business Bank Account and Customize the Tagline & footer of the invoice. Below, there are a few useful options. Click on the checkbox to enable those options. After you updated, click on Save.
Under Lease (Move-In) tab, you can Enable Electronic Signature and customize on Move-In Preview Options. Round off value, grace period and generate invoice before next billing date can be setup.
Move-In Preview Option previews the selected element upon every successful Move-In. Electronic Signature can be enabled on Admin Portal and Customer Portal.
Once updated, click on Save.
Under Reservation tab, you can enable if you would like to display active leads, reservation waiting list and reservation fee. Once updated, click on Save.
Customer Portal tab lets you customize all options related to Customer Portal: Terms & Conditions URL, Online Reservation & Move-In, Customer Portal Sitemap. And you can access the Tenant’s Login URL and URL for Units, Reservations and Move-In. Once updated, click on Save.
Preference tab lets you select the required fields during Move-In. Also, you can edit preference on email/sms notifications. Late Fee Constraints can also be setup. Once updated, click on Save.
Required Field tab lets you select the required fields in Move-In and Units. You can enable the features in Admin Portal and Customer Portal and choose fields in the Move-In category that you would like to make mandatory. Once updated, click on Save.
PTI Gate Access Solution can be easily setup on 6Storage. To setup other gate access types, contact Support. 6Security Gates is the new upcoming 6Storage Gate solution.
Click on the No radio button if you need not setup Gate Access. Then click on Save.
SMS Setup lets you configure a Twilio phone number. To setup, enter the Account SID, Auth Token and Twilio phone number (inclusive of country code). Then click on Save. Learn more to configure a Twilio phone number.
