Select the ADMIN menu from the Main menu.

Select the discounts tab in the admin page

To create a new discount click on Add discount

Select the discount as Unit Based Discount from the drop down list. This type of discount is reflected only in the All units feature where you could assign it for specific Unit.

Note : Note: Even if the occupied tenant Moved-out from the unit, the discounts exists in that unit and it can be utilised by another tenant who occupies the same unit in future.

Plan name field is customizable based on the required seasonal offers.

Choose the type of discount that you wish to opt for the tenants.

The discount value is the Amount that you wish to offer for the tenants.

The Start date and End date would be the desired date that you wish to offer the discount for the tenants.

The Advance period is based on the Invoice period that you have selected while processing the Move-In.

If you wish to make it as visible during the Move-In process and also even in the Promotional plans then select the option as Yes.

If you want the created discount to be reflected in future invoices then just choose the option as Yes.

Once the discount is created then hit on Save button.
