If you scroll down to the bottom of the move-in page you'd find the payment details section, this is where you will also find the Discount button wherein you could avail a discount.

Clicking on "Apply Discount" button you will get a pop-up that gives you the option to choose a discount plan that's pre-created or choose a custom discount of your own.
