6Storage allows you to create your individual template email messages applying the Compose Email. These emails working for actions such as Overdue leases, Unpaid invoices and Suspended leases.

Once those actions accept completed by you manually or automatically by 6Storage, the emails will be available at your fingertip to email.

Click on Compose Email from the main menu.

Click, Selecting Tenant's Status and drop-down will resemble to choose the status.

Select OVERDUE LEASES if the tenant's payment is not still paid after grace period is ended.

Once selected the tenant’s status, the search is following to determine the period of amount on hold.

By selecting the exact search criteria the entire overdue leases can filter out and listed for emailing.

Choose the tenant by enabling the checkbox you wish to send an email regarding the status. By simply hitting Preview, you will allow to preview the email messages with appropriate tenant information.

Once preview done, Click on Send Email button to send an email.

Select UNPAID INVOICES if the payment of invoice is pending.

By hitting the UNPAID INVOICES, the entire tenant with pending amount can filter out and listed for emailing.

Choose the tenant by enabling the checkbox you wish to send an email regarding the status. By simply hitting Preview, you will allow to preview the email messages with appropriate tenant information.

Once preview done, Click on Send Email button to send an email.

Select SUSPENDED LEASES if the unit of the tenant is bolted out due to arrears cost.

By hitting the SUSPENDED LEASES, the entire units which are locked out can filter and listed out for emailing.

Choose the tenant by enabling the checkbox you wish to send an email regarding the status. By simply hitting Preview, you will allow to preview the email messages with appropriate tenant information.

Once preview done, Click on Send Email button to send an email.
