From the main menu click on leases.

Search the tenant and enter in to the lease page. And click on Move-Out

You will be redirected to the move-out page. Choose the desired move-out date.

At the bottom of the page you will have the option to write-off, Check-in the box and click on Move-Out and Pay later option.

In the confirmation window, leave a comments and and click on Yes.

You can see the balance of the tenant goes to zero,
