From the dashboard, click on User Profile icon. Go to Account Settings.





Click on Lease (Move-In) tab and click on the Admin Portal checkbox.





If you also need e-sign option on Customer Portal, click on the Customer Portal checkbox.


You can either use the mouse and draw your signature on the given space or upload your signature file. To upload, click on the ”I want to upload my signature” checkbox.


Your signature will appear on License Agreement.


Then click on Save.


Once saved, the eSignature option will be available in the Move-In process, above the Payment Details.




Upon Move-In, tenants can use Instant Signature or you can send them an email link for their signature. Lease agreement can be viewed before signing. Note that the eSignature email link is valid for one time submission.




After move-in, click on View Details. 





Then click on Approve eSign. You can Approve/Deny eSign or Resend it.




Note: Identification Documents are Mandatory for eSignature
