Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the dashboard. Select Account Settings.

Click Required Fields tab and scroll down to find insurance below gate access codes. To enable insurance, click on the checkbox corresponding to insurance.

if you want to make insurance as mandatory, click the checkbox under make mandatory. Similarly, you can choose to show insurance on customer portal and to make it mandatory.

After that, scroll down and click Save.

Now, insurance header will display in the Move-In Process.

To add insurance to tenants during Move-In, click on the Insurance & Services header and select the insurance, after you have entered the tenant details in the required fields.
