Navigate to the main menu and go ahead and choose View leads from the drop down that is listed below the leads

You do have the option to void the reservation as you can from the image provided and proceed accordingly if  you wish to continue with deleting a lead

Enter the comments that you desire to add (Ex: Invalid lead) and hit on the void button and complete the void process.

Now verify the successful message Pops out for the confirmation that you have voided the required lead.
