Click on the Leads icon on the left sidebar menu and select View Leads.





In the given data, you will find the list of leads, which you have added to the system. These leads are saved as “Reservation” in the system. These leads are identified by their Reservation Number during Move-In process.



To edit Leads, click on Edit on the first column.




The Edit Lead pop-up opens. Here you can edit the lead information: Reservation Status and Lease information.





Once you edit the data, click on Update button.



After that, Lead Update Confirmation pop-ups. You can send the updated Reservation Invoice to the lead.



Note: you cannot edit the email field. Email is automatically fetched from the Lead data which you uploaded in the Add Lead Page.
